My favourite song is Imagine by John Lennon because its one of those songs that i havent stopped liking since the first time i heard it and also its a very influental song about war and peace and all that stuff that John Lennon stood for.

First single I ever bought (45 rpm) - great to download it onto my daughters ipod amidst the latest rap / grunge / garage / shed / oompah / skiffle music - oh the joy when the tones of sixties West Coast pop crashes against their 2007 sensibilities.
(Looking through Gary Gilmour's Eyes is good too - put it on the Juke box for 54 consecutive plays, brilliant)
