i have already changed the code 5 times and it tells me i can´t change it any more is this really true?

Unfortunately it is true. Most 'Multi-region' DVD players lock after 5 changes. It is to help make DVD piracy and illegal importing between regions less worth while.
The only fix would be to buy and have a new DVD drive fitted, as I think the region code lock feature is embeded in the drive itself.

Yes, this is true. After 5 times, it will default to the last Region Code entered.

Your Macbook is locked on to the last DVD region that you chose. You can try going to a Genius Bar and ask them to reset your DVD drive. I don't know if they will though.
