the other day she told me she was raped by this guy who is much smaller than me when she was at his house(they were friends)and they were both sober
its not that i dont believe her or that i dont think it can happen(under different circumstances..such as she was drunk or he had a gun ect.)its just that when me and her wrestle i notice she can get out of holds and other things when i try to hold her down, and i was a wrestler. i dont understand how she could be raped and her no being able to get her way out of it...
i'm n no way trying to be some kind of pervert or anything, i really want to be informed on this cause its really gettin to me. i wanna go after this kid?what should i do? she doesnt like talkin about it so i cant ask her.???

Well, it could be that your girlfriend slept with this guy willingly and told you it was rape so you wouldn't get mad. However, rape is a very serious subject and I highly doubt someone would pretend to get raped.

The other option is if she WAS raped, the guy didn't force her to sex physically but emotionally. For example, blackmail, threats or whatnot.

I don't think you should go after this kid. This is your girlfriend's job. If you girlfriend doesn't like talking about it, it's most likely because she is still traumatized. So, just be there for her. Tell her know you'll always ready to listen to her. Let her come to you instead of bugging her for information. Most of all, don't try anything with her for a while. She's probably not in the mood for even kissing, let alone sex.

Yes, unfortunately rape is possible in a marriage. No matter what it says in any holy book, a husband is to always respect his wife and her will to give or not give sex. He cannot take or demand sex from his wife when he wants without her consent and willing agreement to do so. If he does than this is considered rape and it should be treated as a serious real crime. There is no excuse for a man to rape his wife. He can use his hand and watch porn to pleasure himself if the wife is not in the mood or willing to give sex. If the wife appears to not ever want to give sex, than a man has a right to a divorce so that he can find a partner that is more in agreement with his sexual desires.

hi,
first you have to take it slow with her this is a really difficult time for her. people who have been raped are already at a sensitive moment in there lives. don't not believe her. she well take it as your not understanding what she went through. talk to her and let her explain to you what happen give her room to talk. be understanding and don't be ready to fight with every word she says. rape is a very scary thing and her telling you is a big thing for her. go to the clinic and get some information from the doctors there. you don't have to tell them everything you know just let them know that you think that a friend may have been hurt in that way. ask some questions and be willing to lesson. understand that this subject is a painful one. once you have learned a few things that can help you and her then really lesson to her.some pf the signs or rape are hiding herself through bulky clothes, not looking others in the eye, putting on weight hopping that will make her less appealing to others and you. becoming quite , not giving her opinion, not speaking unless you say it okay. these are just a few things to look for. about your idea that she might be ling to you because the guy was small that is not true. one when you are playing with her you are trying not to hurt her. and on a general boys are naturally stronger than girls. just because you can handle a gut doesn't mean she can handle him.

It is very possible. I believe that instead of trying to figure out if she's being truthful, you just need to be there for her and be respectful of any feelings that she may have right now.

As far as rape is concerned, it is very possible for someone who may not necessarily be your size to commit the crime. He could do any number of things to scare her to the point that the fear being experienced is paralyzing. Ultimately, that is most than likely what happened. She was probably so scared of what he was doing to her that she froze and couldn't fight back.

Going after him is probably the worst thing you could do at this point. Just let her know that when she is ready to talk, you will listen. You could even suggest a female figure that she could go to if she is uncomfortable with talking to you. And if she is uncomfortable with sharing this info with you, don't be offended. Respect her decision.

You better watch out. It's not your business to beat up guys who *may* have raped your g/f. What proof do you have? Only your g/f's testimony. For all you know, she may have willingly consented to sex with him, had a fight with him later (or for some reason started to dislike him), and is now trying to

a. rationalize the sex by calling it rape
b. trying to get back at him by getting her b/f to beat him up

If you do something stupid and you land your @ss in prison, your g/f won't save you. Keep out of it. If she was raped it was her responsibility to go to the police.

Mind you I'm not saying all rape victims do that. A lot, indeed are raped. But there are some who willingly consent and change their story later.

Rape is a crime of power play; hate and violence - and many rapes occur without the benefit of a material weapon. However, a weapon often used is FEAR created through the use of threats...not to mention it is not a fair comparison between you and your g/f wrestling [you are not trying to harm her] and what your g/f could/could not do in the commission of a rape [HE is trying to harm her]...A man intent on rape can be powerful and fear in a woman can paralyze.

Rape is more of a power trip for the guy, not sex. She panicked.
