no, no, no!!!! you definetly lift first then run. that way you can build strength easier and get stronger. if you run first you will be too out of breath to lift right. if you are completely wiped out you can still push yourself to run, but strength is different if you cant lift the weight, then you cant lift the weight, when your tired you cant lift the same as when your not, but you can run the same when your tired if you push yourself.
--Trust me --I have tried both -- lift first

Run first, it will warm up your whole body. Even if you can lift less weight than you normally could due to the fact that you were tired, it would still be your maximum for that point, which I believe is just as helpful.

Running mainly works out your legs, and cardiovascular system, and working out focues on specific muscle groups.
If you run, that is the workout for your legs, and then you can lift weights to focus on your upper body.

run than lift weights- running gives you more energy so you can lift the weights for longer.

Aerobic exercises come always before Anaerobic ones !!! So run first and then lift !!! Because lifting is anaerobic and ruining is aerobic .
