Sometimes on the first day of class people will take in used books and try to sell them there. I have done this many times and gotten great prices for my books. Check your local area to see if there are any book stores that sell used college books. There use to be 2 or 3 around here (corona, southern ca.). Goodluck. Also ebay and Amazon are good places.

School bookstores normally sell used. You may want to try amazon.com and bn.com also for used books. Or heck, even ebay!
