what answer do you give when they ask you a bad quality about yourself

I mean I have bad qualities but none that really have anything to do with the job like
I am footphobic
I HATE it when ppl don't use their blinkers
I speed
I am jealous of those girls on my super sweet 16 and the ppl on MTV cribs

what would you say

This is a tricky one.
You could try something like this: If I have a negative, it would be that I give everyone a shot at being honest. Sure, there are times when I don't want to trust someone because of what someone else said about them, but I have to allow that someone to prove to me that they are untrustworthy, unreliable, etc.

You need to answer with something that still sounds good. You certainly shouldn't tell them you have a foot phobia.

For example: My big weakness is the fact that I generally have a problem with taking on too much work. Then, I feel that if I choose to take on as much as I did, I should be able to handle it and not ask for help.

easy you say a negative that can be a a positive too.

me I say that i tend to take ideas that are out of the box and look at if they can help out current situation, this I percieve can offer answers that are not suitable to outcome but having said that it also can offer solutions that are a perfect fit for the situation.

any of those...except for speeding prolly because if you put that they might be afraid of you getting a ticket or something...other than that...yeah...and the stuff on mtv prolly wouldn't matter enough to say it

How about I am a workaholic? Or I am a perfectionist...all the details of the job just have to be completely correct before I am satisfied with it.

you take a good quality, and try to turn into into a negative. Like you can say that you dont like to just leave things unfinished, or that you dont like waiting for people to give you things to so, you like to keep busy instead... or along those lines.

you could say something funny about your self like i hate when people dont use thier blinkers and turn it into like "i guess i just like organization" thing
