thank you all who answered my question regarding my transmission problem. i have another question for you. do you think it's ok to drive the car till i get it fixed?? thanks again.

trannies, when acting up can go out at any time. So you are taking a chance by driving it. As far as tearing it up further... thats not such a big deal at this point. SCHEDULED FLUID CHANGES are a MUST in auto. trannies.

if it's a cheap fix now and you continue to drive it, who knows. could go from a $200 fix to a $3000 overhaul. no one knows.
