NO IBUPROFEN FOR PREGNANT WOMEN!
You might try accupressure. There is a point between your thumb and first finger, on that webbed area. Pinch it and hold it for a while. Another pressure point is here: Draw an imaginary line from the tips of your ears upwards to the top of your head. The point where those lines meet on the top of your head is a pressure point. Hold pressure on that area for a while, then let go.
Other remedies: Make sure you are very well hydrated, you've had enough and not too much sleep, avoid caffeine and MSG, use a humidifier if you are congested, and try warm baths/heating pads. Also, Tylenol is very safe for both you and your baby. Good luck!

Is there any reason you wouldn't want to take Ibuprofen?
Have you spoken to your doctor? I'm sure they could reassure you. I suffer from Migraines and here are some of the things I have tried before resorting to meds: a dark room, a warm bath,
ice pack to the affected area of the head, a hot pack to the affected area of the head or neck, some of the herbal teas that help relax may prove beneficial. Even when I was pregnant though I did have to take medicine to get rid of some of the headaches I had, if you are having a lot of them you may want to speak with your physician about them and see if there is something that can be done.

A couple of drops of Peppermint essential oil in a burner or on hankerchief. Dont allow the hankie to be in direct contact with skin though. Most essential oils should not be used in pregnancy.

Drink water and take a nap. I am 11 weeks preg and that's what I do. Hopefully you can find time for a nap. Usually a half-hour does the trick.

Try a hot rag over your face or a cup of hot tea if it's sinus related. Maybe lay down in a quiet dark room for a while.

When I was pregnant, and having non stop headaches, my worker at the wic office suggested rubbing peppermint oil on my neck and temples. I tried it, and it worked very well!! If you can stand the smell of yourself (its very strong) give it a go.

Drink lots of water. Headaches are usually a signal that you need more water. Also taking a hot shower helps clear my head. Good luck.

Take a towel and dip it in ice water. A cold compress on the forehead will do wonders.

There's an old folk remedy of soaking brown paper in vinegar and placing the paper on your forehead.
I tried it once and it worked.
If you don't have any paper, a washcloth might work.
You could also look into that Head-on stuff they advertise on TV.
