I was watching Austin Powers and that was Dr. Evil's plan and I was wondering what would really happen?

Nothing. The heat and pressure would destroy the warhead before it got anywhere near the centre of the earth. Also it is believed that the centre of the earth is radio active anyway so radiation is of no consequence. Nobody has made it deeper than about 12000 meters (drill hole) below the surface.
