can you handle all the silly jokes and silly comments they come up with? And are you fast with GOOD come backs? And are you well liked by the guys,because you have a GREAT funny sense of humor, and you can stand up to them at all times?

Handle them? LOL--I come up with most of them. Yes, I'm just one of the guys, and we all feed off each other in the humor department. Everybody -- the bosses, the office people and the maintenance staff have nicknames. We prank and joke each other constantly and enjoy it immensely. I learned a long time ago if you are going to dish it out you'd better be able to take it. And at our company we get lots of chances to put that into practice. It gives us a sense of camaraderie, and we all know that all the others "has our back".

Yes, in order to fit in I have to be. Unless a female customer comes in I usually don't see many girls during my shift.
I always have something to say and come back with great ones, I wouldn't be one of the guys if I didn't. I have also notice the guys are well behaved when there are "ladies" around and expect me to be as well!

I once worked at the headquarters of a fraternity and was the only female employee there under 60. I learned quick you either sink or swim!

well, i am a stay at home mom now. however, when i worked and went to school i always got along with the guys better. we as women are too sensitive. it probably helped that i have 4 brothers though too. one of the things my husband loves about me is my quick come backs!

i work in a construction company! so yes i have to find a way to fit in. and i did it pretty well. and you need to have a sense of humor in this situation or else you will have trouble.

I used to work in sports, so yes. unfortunetly it was part of the job. Now I work in the design industry so most of the guys are one of the girls!!!!!!!!
