It will depend upon the mood of American Voters.He is a fine gentleman and statesman like but will people appreciate that remains to be seen.

Bill Richardson was a disaster as a cabinet member only overshadowed by then Secretary of State Madeline Albright when he was UN Ambassador. I might also add that he was Energy secretary and has no bright ideas as to energy policy except to probably parrot Al Gore's wacko ideas. While Richardson looks good on TV, he gives Bill Clinton a good name.
