Do you find that today's businesses are easier to access now or are there still a lot of challenges?

speaking on my father's behalf (he has been paralyzed since 16 yrs of age)... while they may have made improvements, there will always be challenges... but, he's always been very creative...

I am since 3 months ago when i broke both my legs in a motorcycle accident and it is sh!t but for the businesses they are good except the thing that really Fs me off is being only able to reach about 5 ft because i am sitting all the time. But at my job (computer programmer) it is good the cubicles halls are really tight but chair can get threw

no, but i think from an onlookers perspective it easier than it used to be for anyone in a wheelchair, there still are quite a few establishments without wheelchair access, for instance most noticeable are apartment communities , there are still alot without wheelchair access

No I am not. I think most businesses do look out for people in wheel chairs to make easy access for them.

My mother is, and I take her a lot of places. I would say that yes it is easier for her to get around. It can be hard to find a handicapp parking spot though.

no i'm not.
i was confined to a bed for 2 days.
My DH didn't want to call a locksmith.
He swore he could find the keys to the handcuffs
He said he was doing us a favor - just trying to save money.

still lots of challenges things stored in isles, things out of reach, not fitting under tables in cafes, stairs ramps too steep to push yourself up, hangers to high to reach, shelves too high, fridges too deep oh boy & too many more to mention
