The Bluebells sang 'Young At Heart', as did Frank Sinatra.
I've searched for 'Young Heart', but it appears no-one sang that.

The Bluebells sang "Young at Heart" (you're so young at heart" - with a fiddle in the chorus - it charted in 1985 and was used in one of the VW golf ads about 5 years later where a woman celebrates getting divorced.

Young Hearts - Kings of Tomorrow or Kujay Dada (both UK chart entries, although I don't know either of them).
Young Heart, in the singular, was an album track by Gary Numan.

Not sure if this is the song you mean but the Bluebells had a song called young at heart. Frank Sinatra had one called that too.

Do you mean the Rod Stewart song which is actually called Young Turks, but contains the line "Young hearts run free tonight, time is on your side"?
