Yes. In Children of Men, there was drops of blood and dust all on the camera lens for a good 15 mintues. It really irritated the hell outta me. It was NOT supposed to be a documentary.

In the Movie SPLASH, when Tom Hanks character is saving the Darryl Hannah character, they drive through the park when they see the cops they back up to get away, if you look close you will notice that they reverse the film as the birds are flying backwards.

There is also a fly "eating" scene in Indiana Jones and The Raiders of the lost Ark.

In The Lord of the Rings Two Towers. There is a mistake when the Riders of Rohan come up on Aragon and the group the first time. When Eomer is talking to Aragon about how the land is cursed as he is getting back up on his horse his sword falls out of it's sheathe. It's very obvious too since he looks right at it as it falls out.

One of the biggest mistakes I've seen from a big budget movie with a big time director is in Jurassic Park. The scene where T-Rex is coming out of his enclosure he walks right out. I was watching an episode of Columbo with the one that had Faye Dunnaway, (don't ask me why- bored) and at the beginning there is a water fountain infront of Faye's mansion and the water is shown reversed as if they rewound it but it was actually playing forward. I caught that right away! I quickly found it a goof up on imdb.

In the Willy Wonka movie, the Gene Wilder one, that little girl in the candy shop gets her chin whacked really hard by the countertop when the guy lifts it up to let them pass through.
That one I noticed right away.
And also, in the second Ace Ventura movie, the chess pieces on the chessboard disappear. Totally disappear. And they never come back.
