I am a motorcycle training instructor your answer follows:

yes you can... the maximum is 125 (at 17yrs, 50cc at 16yrs) though so don't be tempted to ride anything bigger before completing your full test! You must display 2 'L' plates... one on the front and one on the back not cut down or defaced ( the size you buy is the size you fit!)

Remember an L plate displayed incorrectly or not at all is worth 3 points on your license... get 6 and you're disqualified for a while s don't be tempted.

If you have done your theory don't waste it, get your full test done before it runs out but the test is getting harder next yr so do it before then!

Hope this helps

Depends on your age (17 would be a yes) and if you did your CBT on a twist n go moped, you wont be able to ride a bike with gears. but a scooter would be fine.

it depends on the horsepower of the motor-cycle not just the cc you are allowed to ride up to 12 bhp motorcycle if you are under 21 and 33 bup if you are over 21 and doing a direct access course your motor-cycle instructor will be better able to advise you on this

Yes you can but you must display a red L plate and you are not allowed to carry a pillion passenger and you must not use motorways or motorway regulated roads.

If you dont stick to the rules then you risk your motorcycle being seized from you by the police and reporting for the offence.

Yes so long as the bike doesnt exceed 33 bhp and you display L plates. Be safe and have fun

Would be a lot easier if we knew where you live. Here in Norway you need a license and a theory course. Some parts of USA you dont need anything to drive them.

yes as all have told you but your cbt only lasts for a couple of years so if you do not take your test you will have to take your cbt again hope this helps.
