buffalo nickels are made of silver. there inherent worth is several times that of a plain nickel. there are several factors that will influence the end value of your coins,such as the date ,condition. There are several sources for finding the actual value all include you getting a coin guide and looking. but I can tell you that with silver at its present of 13.27 an ounce they will be at least .25 hope it helps

If you are referring to the originals ones minted from 1913-1935, it depends on condition and rarity. However, even those with dates worn smooth are worth at least 25 cents each.
