Have you ever watched a lavalamp? Hot bubbles have to rise. Bubbles sometimes merge, sometimes don't. Cold bubbles descend and get heated to become a hot bubble rising. Our hormones fluctuate in intensity. The physical act stimulates those hormones and releases other "feel good" hormones. We find our selves in a state of "reset" as hormonal balances change. Then they go through a recharge and rebuild cycle and on we go. All of that to eventually get one sperm cell to join one egg cell and make a baby. But meanwhile, what fun. Meanwhile, what aggrevation. A million behavioral decisions and chemical interactions just to push, pull, entice, enthrall, and to use a good descriptive term--drive a person to copulation.

very similar to exercise release of endorphins pleasurable
other unknown chemicals released and the end result should be a feeling of pleasure . pretty basic stuff
also normal sex male female sex often results in the two people feeling better about themselves thinking hey i was accepted desired attractive and useful .
can get confusing for sure but over all its basic stuff .

Well sex works in many ways....for the good, for the bad and for the... It depends on how you want it to work for you. You can get raw uncut sex and lots of STD's...you can give into sex w/ multiple partners and hurt yourself emotionally, you can save sex for a loving and caring relationship and hope you and your partner stick w/it to the end, or whatever your heart desires. It depends on you. Unfortunately many of us weren't talked to much about sex and how it works and what it's purpose is. But honey....it's up to you and what you want from sex.
