Based on faces, Rosie O'Donnell, Chloe Sevigny, Sandra Bernhardt, Greta Van Susteren, and Courtney Love all come to mind, but there are also a lot of nasty looking plastic surgery disasters walking around (face and body; see http://www.awfulplasticsurgery.com/).
I've excluded women who may not be attractive do to age, because we're all going to be there one day.

Drew is pretty bad depending on the angle. Same with Sara Jessica Parker. But they can be quite pretty from other angles.
I think Kathy Griffin is pretty fug.
And I'll probably piss someone off for this but the "supermodel" Giselle Buchden, really has some fugly features.
