i take 5 mg of steroids daily due to medical reasons im 38 weeks pegnant have you had to take this medication wile pregnant if so was you and your baby ok after labor

my sister had to take steroids for her lupus throughout her pregnancy
my niece is a normal health 4 year old today

I wish I had something better to tell you, but my friend was on steroids for Ulcerative Colitis for about half of her pregnancy with her son and he now has special needs. Make sure that it's being monitored carefully. It can be very very dangerous to your baby. Have you been on them a long time? Do you have a medical condition like UC, Crohn's, Lupus?
