Hey yall, I'm sure Reisling did mean to "offend" y'all (yeah... i said y'all...im a texan) by using the phrase "women of color". She didnt coin the phrase, and personally I think thats the best way to address non-whites.

But personally i don't feel that i am discriminated against very often, atleast not blantly enough to notice.

I'm in college and i go to University which is predominetly white, and i have never felt discriminated against there.

I work at a company that is predomintely white and predominately female and have never felt discrimated against there.

I do party/concert promotions and stuff in my spare time, where i mostly deal with black hip hop artists, and though i've never felt discriminated against, because i was black or female, i feel that sometimes i am viewed as less competent or knowledgeable than a man doing the same thing. But maybe thats just cuz its a cut throat business! You have to be careful who u trust, man, woman, or otherwise.

Not on a daily basis, usually when I'm in situations with new people I don't regularly deal with, more like a monthly basis.

That would be all women. Anyone you see has a color. Anyway, not on a day to day basis. But if ever so, I ignore it. I don't get bothered by racist, it's hard to tell who is at times.
