This is a very good question and I will make sure to mark it with an star before I end this, Now to try to answer it the best as I can.
I will say yes it is possible for a "GIRL" to go all the way through a pregnancy without knowing it up to the time of actually having it.
I have actually seen and heard of it happening at least twice with two different girls, the key word here (for me) is GIRLS.
See, when you are a girl coming of age it is very easy to not know what is going on with your body, because it is going through a lot of changes.
All girls do not have full monthly periods, Nor is it fact that "all girls/women gain a lot of weight when they are pregnant, and as far as the kicking of a child and other signs, that is all myths everyone do not go through the same things when having babies and like I said, it is very easy for a girl and may be even a woman to be pregnant with a child and not know it until they have bad belly ache go to the doctor and the doctor tells them that they are about to deliver a child...... I hope this helps to answer your question and hopefully the questions that some young girls may have...........

This actually happened to a very close friend of mine. Some women don’t gain a whole lot of weight and she just thought that she was eating well because she was staying at her boyfriend’s place. She claims to have had her periods throughout the pregnancy and several women do have spotting throughout.
She wasn’t expecting movements and thought they were just gas and she had the baby at about 7 months pregnant (before the movements become prominent).
As far as going into labour, she went to the clinic because she thought that she was having an appendix attack.
In hindsight, I think you need a certain amount of denial in order to make yourself believe that you’re not pregnant and having spotting once a month is probably enough for some.
I’ve also met a girl who didn’t find out she was pregnant until she was about 7 months along. She was overweight to begin with and noticed the movements and pointed it out to her mom who saw them also.

This DOES HAPPEN. Sometimes the women are overweight. Some women, like me, don't have regular periods. And then there are women that have had a tubal and get pregnant anyway. I have both irregular periods, sometimes 5-7 months in between and a tubal. Plus I am heavy. If I got pregnant, I would recognize the signs..I think.. But some women might not until they go into labor. Nothing is impossible. And you don't have to be MORBIDLY OBESE nor IGNORANT. Just the way your body works sometimes.

I find it difficult to believe, I knew after 3 weeks without even taking a test, and I took the morning after pill when the accident happened so I had no reason to beleive I was pregnant, the sore boobs that grew from a B to a C cup in 2 weeks was a give away, the need to take a pee every half hour aswell.
For a woman not to know and especially all the way to full term, not feel the baby moving inside, and the fact that her stomache would be hard...
I jsut cant believe that it could be true

My friend did. She was on the depo shot and still got pregnant. She summed up not having periods to the shot. She was very overweight so didn't notice her belly, I didn't even think she was pregnant and I spent a whole summer hanging out with her. She felt really weird and was in pain so she went to the ER, she found out she was in labor! I moved before I got a chance to talk to her, but I have no clue why she didn't think anything-I've been pregnant and there was no mistake of a baby moving in there!
Oh, she was a teenager and this was her first pregnancy. Quite sad really but I heard the baby was in good health.

YES! My mom knows a lady who's daughter is 9 months old now, but she never knew she was pregnant until her stomach started hurting really bad and they went to the hospital to find out what was wrong. The baby didn't move very much and the girl thought it was just her stomach AND you don't necessarily HAVE to gain a lot of weight during pregnancy. She was only 17 and her period wasn't regular yet, so she never knew...it's a scary thought...

Some babies are relatively still...and some women don't really gain that much weight. I'm still stumped on how she could miss 8 or 9 periods in a row before figuring that one out. It could be because of drug use (or severe denial) that she doesn't know.
Maybe the girl is young enough to have not had a period before getting pregnant, but that is extremely unlikely and it's also unlikely that there are many women out there that DO go through a whole pregnancy without knowing.

I have a friend who was like that. She didn't feel any kicks or have signs beside gaining weight. Weight gain don't necessary indicate that you are pregnant. Anyhow, at that time she thought she was fat/gaining weight from over eating. But as nine months went by, she felt some water dropping out from her...she got scared and went to the EM and then found out that she was pregnant while not knowing.
I know that that sounds unbelievable, actually, it is the truth. That really did happened...and plus it was her first baby.

i think this is b/s, she would have to know, there are so many signs and i don't think it's possible to not notice a baby's kicks during the last few months b/c it can be painful sometimes. I found out at 11 weeks with my first baby and 6 with my second, so i knew something was going on pretty quickly, expecially when my period got lighter then stopped.

this actually happens more often than u think in teenage girls. Because weight gain and breast enlargement normal growth in a teenage girl. other symptoms can be mild. every womans pregnancy is different you dont necessarily have morning sickness and all that other stuff. AND YOU DONT HAVE TO MISS A PERIOD. i personally know a woman who had a child a 16 and never knew she was preg. she did not miss a period and her only other symptom was backaches which she never paid much atttn to, she just put an ice pack on them. she was already a bit overweight.
