Thats a Great Question; Nothing listed in the material I could find lists the Assistant to the Floor Leader ( US Congress)

Senate Majority Leader (Democrat)- Harry Reid
Assistant Majority Leader-Richaed "Dick" Durbin

Senate Minority Leader (Republican)- Mitch McConnell
