Since the concept and definition of beauty differs from race to race, country to country, person to person, how could you possibly generalize, naming one country above another?

There are beautiful women all over the world in every country. It's a cliche but it's true that beauty is most certainly in the eye of the beholder.

No, I would not agree.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and everyone has a different idea of what they consider "ideal".
If a man prefers a red haired woman with freckles, he would not necessary think an Iranian woman is beautiful - based on her looks alone.
Or if he prefers dark hair and eyes - he may not be attracted to Scandinavian women.....
It's ALL subjective and there can never be one single answer. .

I would disagree. The most beautiful women in the world are in the USA because we have a melting pot of different ethnicities. I'm willing to bet there is only one "look" or type of beauty in Iran.

I agree that is Iran and not only their women, also their country is beautiful! Their food is the best, my husband is Iranian and I am in love with his facinating culture!!

Yes,that is true.Iranian women are really very beautiful.I am a Turk and I saw many of them,but you should accept that beauty varies from person to person.

not really,i think that would be India.most of Miss Universe are Indian right.By the way physically, or beauty is not everything. Inside of the women that is really important.
