You can play games.. tag or hide and seek.
Also.. read books, have a tea party, bake some cookies.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY NIECE, AND WHAT I DID WAS CONTINUE TO TALK WITH HER BUT I TALKED MORE LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD WOULD AND SHE BEGAN TO TALK LIKE ONE EVENTUALLY. GOOD LUCK!
