Step one: Get off the computer.
Step two: Go to the nearest shower.
Step three: Close the bathroom door.
Step four: Take off all clothes.
Step five: Turn on the water in the shower.
Step six: Go in the shower.
Step seven: Use soap to wash your body.
Step eight: Use shampoo to wash your hair.
Step nine: Turn off the shower.
Step ten: Dry off using a towel.
Step eleven: Get dressed.
Don't forget to wear deodorant!!!

I'm not going to ask you why you haven't bathed in five days, although I'm a bit curious, but it sounds as though you need to get in the daily habit of bathing daily, starting today. By bathing, I mean showering. Washing up is okay if you're ill, shower otherwise. Your hair needs daily attention also. Good hygiene habits go a long way.
