i need the quickest way so i can fit into my bridesmaids dress. Please help me, it doesn't matter if i gain the weight back i just need to lose the weight for next weekend...

If you have a treadmill, try running on that for about thirty minutes a day. After twenty minutes, you will start to burn calories, so you're burning calories for ten minutes. You can increase the time up to sixty minutes if you want, but any more and you might suffer consequences from too much aerobic exercise. Good luck!

If its just tight in the stomach, try doing situps every day until then. Just by toning your stomach for a few days, it will make you lose an inch or two. I agree that any method that actually makes you drop 5 - 10 lbs that quick will make you too weak.

best best is to see a seamstress..

you can cut the soda's and snacks between meals along taking a walk after lunch. These combined will help loose some but I don't think you will loose 5-10 in the time frame your seeking.

I think the only way to do something like that would be to not eat anything. You could try diet pills to suppress your appetite...and pretty much just don't eat. Try exercising too. Make sure you drink water, or vegetable broth soups and take a multivitamin.

eat nothing but veggies seads tea and water for a few weeks that will drop the weight. Dont forget to exercise.

Don't do it. Any method that would accomplish that would likely make you too weak and sick to participate. Find someone to let the seams out a little.

Water pills. Drink lots and lots of water and take water pills. Laxative or enema might help too.
