Of the centerfire rifles, my favorite is a model 71 Winchester. The vote for a bolt-action gets diluted by make and caliber.
My favorite 22 is a Winchester model 63.
Of the shotguns, a 12-bore L.C.Smith, because 5 generations of my family have used it.
Of the handguns, dunno. A Colt SAA 44 Spl. for sentimental reasons, Ruger Redhawk 41 Mag. for hunting, or a little snubby Rossi 44 Spl. for fun, unless I'm in the mood for something else.

I own one shotgun. I use it for the (unfortunately) rare hunting trip, but also in case I get an unwelcome intruder in the house.
I don't believe in owning handguns, because they serve no purpose except for shooting people. However, I do not think they should be banned for law-abiding citizens at ALL, and if I ever get mugged I will carry one the rest of my life.
