I think they should have the rights of everyone else, but I cant help but think it would have some strange effects on the child growing up quite confused. I suppose at the end of the day, if they gave the child a good loving home, it would be a lot better than some children stuck in violent homes around the world.

yes. i never use to think so but i got a little older and seen more of the world. i have herd stories of meth. mothers putting there babies in the oven because they were so fucked up. and the other abuse, children raised by parents where dad was a drug dealer and mother was a whore. and it goes on and on. just ask a cop to tell you some stories. sure take the kids away from the meth. people and let the gays raise them. i do think that if a kid is raised by a gay man and his husband he will be more likely to experiment with gay sex and that worries me because we all no how risky that is, but i have seen some gays that are really into weight lifting and health to. and that's great. i am all for it. maybe if the gay people were raising the kids paying there doctor bills and such. it would be better than taxing us to pay the welfare system. yes i think its OK, just don't let pop rock stars or Catholic priest adopt. i no its not natural but there are allot of things that are not natural in this world and gays adopting babies are the least of the problems.

I think it is great.
More hetrosexual couples are abusive and illtreat their own or adopted children than any other sector of the community, and there isn't a problem adopting for them.
There should be no gender in the adoption of children, being of same sex parents, would possably bring more love to the child as the couple have something that they would never be able to have biologically. So they would give more to the child or children. I hope you get what I'm getting at.

I think that if anyone regardless of sexual orientation want to adopt a child then yes of course. There are so many needy children over the age of 5 who need homes that anyone who is a good citizen and criminal free and a good person who is stable should be able to adopt. I do think that babies and small children should be placed with an opposite sex 2 parent household though to be able to give couple who aren't able to conceive a chance to raise a child. YES gay people should be able to adopt. There should be NO argument here, as long is a child is being helped and raised in a good home who cares who the parent chooses to sleep with.

I enjoy hearing lots of crap from people so here I go. I personally do not see an over abundance of children to adopt. I know it can take years for people to be approved to adopt children. I also think that a mother and father are the best option for a child... it is a fact that mothers and fathers are different fathers usually challenge a childs physical side and mothers are usually the more nurturing side.

People who adopt children should be able to provide a loving, caring and supportive home. Who they sleep with has no bearing on this.
Children need love and care, they don't care about the politics of who loves them.
The only abuse these children get is from nasty evil bigots, children are not evil bigots, they reflect their parents. Children of single parents and gay parents do not get any more abuse at school than a fat child or a ginger.

How many times can this question be asked on this site? It’s also strange that LuLu asked the same question then SECONDS later Zorro asks it again and LuLu is first to answer hmmmmm. For someone who hates gays everyone of LuLu’s question and answers are gay related. Maybe LuLu has sexual problems? That would explain why he has a picture of a female when he's actually a guy.

Yes but gay couples should make sure that the kids get to be around both sexes men and women. i would want my child to have somebody who's like a close family friend of ours to be like a father figure to them.

Of course it is perfectly all right for LGBT people to adopt children.
Children should go to a loving home. The genders and sexual orientations of the parents have no bearing on the amount or quality of love that can be shown to the children.
In fact, I will take this a step further - given the amount of bigotry and hatred [hi Mr. 'Lulu'], and discrimination, and work that LGBT parents have to go through, I feel that LGBT parents must want their adopted children 1000%. Who could ask for a better home, where the children are so wanted?

Yes. Why wouldn't it be okay? Any person who's capable of providing a loving home for an orphaned child should be welcomed with open arms as far as I'm concerned. Who gives a sh*t whether they're gay or straight? A person's sexual orientation does not determine whether or not they will be good parents.
