In America it is statatory rape for adults to have sexual contact with anyone who is a minor. The only way it could be considered rape is if the parnts force the child to say it ws rape or if the one forced the other into the act.

Rape is not determined by age, but on consent. Or unless one is of legal age and one is not. But in the case of 2 minors they will just have to be dealt with at home.

It depends on the state, but in many jurisdictions the older one could be charged if there is a sufficient difference in ages, even if both are minors.

I believe a minor can't be charged with statutory rape of another minor.
But each state has its own law, and I could be wrong.

From what I understand, it doesn't matter how old the offender is, they only look at how old the victim is. If they aren't legal age yet, whether it is consensual or not, it is statutory rape. But again, it probably varies from state to state.
If you're both that young, you should probably wait anyway.

If you are like 17 and the victim is under 14, then you may have a problem but I am nto sure.

well, no you wont be charged with rape so long as its concentual. but if its rape, it will be charged as rape, just tried as a minor.
