Meditation, just sit in a quiet place with your eyes closed and pay attention to your breath, you will find your mind shifting to other thoughts and emotions, when this happens just go back to paying attention to your breath - this will clear your mind and you will remain more emotionally balanced throughout the day. Do this at least 10 minutes a day or more if you like.

Mate you can't choose to kill your emotions and I will tell you this right now, you don't want to. Been there from years of unfortunate circumstances and it's a truely horrible road. If you truely are having trouble living with emotions like happiness and sorrow, go and seek professional help because you had better get used to them. If you're trying to kill your emotions because you think it's cool or ideal, say goodbye to caring about your family/friends/future and go and read Albert Camus.

1. Call Dr. Howard Mierzwiak preform the surgary he did on Joel Barish (Jim Carry) and Clementine Kruczynski (Kate Winslet) in the movie, "Eternal Sunshine fo the Spotless Mind"
2. Find "Spock" and have him do a Volkin Mind Melt to make you Volkin too.
3. Contract the Parapoligic society and see if they will operate to take out the pathways to your "Dopamine" sensors, and replace with the computer chip they use to allow the parapoligic's access to the internet ... then you'd only have intelligence ... no wisdom ... but intelligence.

All you need to do is get in a relationship.
With an overbearing person.
Soon you'll feel nothing.
It's not all it's cracked up to be.
