Rap is much worse! I can atleast understand some of the words in rock! In rap you can't understand them nor would you because they make up their own words! I hate rap with a passion!

Neither. I have my own personal preferences, but that is why there are so many genres of music out there.
P.S... mainstream rap represents a very SMALL fraction of all of the rap music that exists. There is plenty of positive rap out there, but that is not what is making the record companies money right now.

Rap because it lack many of the essencial elements of true music. It lacks harmony, and in most cases melody as whell. Rock has all those except mabey hardcore deathmetal, which is still no worse than rap. Plus in rap, half the words are made up anyway.

Rap, because they don't sing, they talk, really really fast and add in unnecessary cuss words. Plus there isn't a Rap Hall of Fame is there!?

i personally like rap better but rock has so much more to it i mean they dont just go on a computer program and make a beat that goes on for 3min straight

I really don't like rap, but I can tolerate it to an extent, unlike cuntry. I don't wanna hear about how there's a tear in your beer, or anything about yo mama and whatever drug she's on!!!
I love rock! Anything that ROCKS is fine with me!!!

Rap.....Half of the time you can't understand a damn word and the rest of the time its about rape, killing or some other sh##. Besides that...they don't even "sing" so I don't think it should be grouped in the music category. And it makes my ears bleed!
