I'm working on a project, and I'd like to see if anyone could find the floorplan/blueprints for 12629 RIVERSIDE DR, 91607, for those who arent familiar with the address, its the old hospital where they film the TV show [scrubs], please assist!

Go to the online property assessment site for that locale/municipality. Which I think is North Hollywood, in LA County, California.
For tax purposes, they probably photographed the outside of the building and show a diagram of the floorplan.

You should be able to see the properties for all municipalities in the county there, if you click on "view property maps and data" and fiddle with the pages and images a bit.
Some munis put their tax base with others, then have all payments go together at one munis tax office. But there's probably a link to that munis site on this site, if that's the case it will be noted.

Maybe the county has a copy since all buildings have to get permits and have their blueprints approved. If they don't have it, they should have the name of the contractors who built it and the architectural design company.
