I would venture to say that the true purpose of life is to ernestly seek God and love Him. My marriage is a blessing, but it is not my purpose. We were created by an infinate God, and He alone can complement our insatiable desire for love and nature to grow... when the spiritual becomes as real (if not more) then the physical... you will find that Christianity is a full time adventure!

falling in love is not the purpose of life but who knows what is the purpose of life only god does, but i would say whats my purpose in life is, i believe its who we are and what we will become that gives us meaning not by who we love but the power of loved ones that give us the strength to become good people and have meaning to our life. just like doctors they have great meaning because they save lives every day, lawyers they put away monster, and so much more and even the smallest job has great meaning like the people who survive you and teacher you. everything around you has meaning and great purpose. i guess all you need to do is figure out what truly purpose means to you.
