I only complain about people driving while on the phone to the person I am talking on the phone to!
It would be rude to get out the car and spread gossip.

Yes, I complain about those who drive and talk on their
cell phone. I only do that if I'm the passenger in the car,
not when I'm the driver. Much safer that way, don't you
think?

Of course but I also complain about them because they cant drive period, talking on the phone just makes them drive worse.
These are the same people that cant walk and chew gum at the same time :-)

No. I only complain about it when they drive poorly when on the phone. If they can drive good, I don't have a problem.
