Okay, well all-star cheerleading is coming up and I'm pretty good, but I am literally unable to be felxible, like I can't do a full toe-touch or scorpoin or any of that .... is there anyway I can become flexibler faster, and at home?

Unfortunately, it takes weeks of daily stretching to gain significant flexibility, but if you are dedicated you can achieve it. Many people (athletes included) do not stretch with enough repetitions or hold stretches for a long enough duration. Stretch 2-3 times a day, when the muscles have been warmed up (after exercise, after a warm bath/shower, after applying a heating pad to the muscles). Hold each stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 4 times. Make sure you feel a moderate amount of pulling with each stretch.

Good luck.

i don't know how long you consider fast but i HAD to have my splits toetouches and stuff like that for my dance compettion so when i was watching tv on commercials i would hold my splits the whole time, then do the middle, then and so on. i did it everyday and by the end of the month i could do it all easily!
