My daughter was playing in the powder room and some how got ink on the walls. It's on the door panel which is a glossy paint and the wall which is another. How do I remove them both besides repainting? Its a new house, we just moved in a month ago...

try to magic eraser. i've never used it to remove ink from a wall, but i've used it to remove other things like grease and scuff marks from the wall.

Rubbing alcohol on a white cotton rag will do the trick. Learned it the hard way when out 4 year old grandson decided to display his art work on our painted walls. Work for a cleaning service and that has been the secret of the industry for years, plain old rubbing alcohol.
