If you are talking about the conductors actually on the glass, they probably cannot be repaired without replacing the window. This is a question for an authorized repair shop; go to one the next time you need an oil change and inquire.

you can pick up a kit to bond the defroster back onto the glass its farly easy it comes with simple instructions . ive done it a couple times before. comes in a little bottle with a brush on the end if you go to any auto parts stores they should have it or now were to get it, being a common problem. that will fix it. you will not need to replace the window.

there is a kit you can pick up at the auto parts store. its like fingernail polish with metal in it.

there is a conductive tape that can be used, it is sold at auto part's stores
