You should go with Bridget's answer. She's an expert on it. She's kicked the Yahoo! answers habit 17 times already.
Me, I'm a mere novice in quitting Yahoo! answers, as this is only my 3rd time to quit.
Uh ...... doh! Uh, I guess I'll be starting on my fourth time, now.
Edit: How can you be addicted the first day you joined? And if one our answers work, does that mean we'll never have a 'best answer' to this question? That hardly seems fair.

Join the large group of
"yahoo answers" anonymous and they have an antidote something like methadone for heroin addicts and slowly but surely you will be able to gain back control of your life.
