He sings, but he is filming the MUSICAL "Hairspray" right now. Contrary to the drivel repeated here. He Can't be in 2 places at once.

He's the most popular one so he probably has a lot more work to do. I think he should have gone though because he's the main character of HSM.

he doesn't actually sing. he's just an actor. wasn't it suspicious when everyone launched solo carreers except him? look at ashley tisdale, vanessa hudgens, corbin bleu..
