yes, there is a way and Doctors know about it but discount it because it's "old fashion"
Get some B6 tablets. Start taking them at 25 mgs. no better?
Increase at 25 mg increments until the nausea stops. You won't need more than 200mgs max
The meds that Doctors give always contain a small amount of B6 but never enough to totally stop it.
there really is no downside to this vitamin. It acts as a natural anti water retention. Keep taking this vitamin until the 5th month. if it comes back just keep taking it again.
My friend was so sick and her doctor couldn't help. when she told him about taking this and it stopped he just said it was old fashioned and if it worked to continue. many other people have tried this and none have ever said it didn't work. But you have to find the right dose and it's hit or miss because of body chemistry, body size etc.

The Sea Bands for motion sickness really worked for me.You can now buy them at any drug store but I have put a link below that sells them.
The only time I removed then is when I would take a shower. This is how they work the best.

Try eating saltine crackers right before bed and right before you get up. A lot of times morning sickness is actually just low bloodsugar. Good luck. It should be gone very soon!!

Bayley is totally right!
Vitamin B-6 saved me. I took it with my prenatal vitamins at NIGHT, with a little snack. I found that the vitamins made me nauseous in the morning. After I started doing this, my nausea was history.

The only thing that helped me was drinking a glass of milk before bed. The protein stabalizes your blood sugar during the night. I tried crackers and ginger, and suckers... but the milk was the only thing that really seemed to rid me of it.
