Generally, if the are handled properly, then there life limit is marked on the manufacturer data sheet which varies from company to company. But in all actuality, they are only guaranteed to last 90 days from proof of purchase.

Ive had my almost 2 years.. it's went from product to product, up and down banged around. Wet, everything.. they are tough little suckers.

Depends on how long you can refrain from putting it in a Microwave oven or folding it in half.

if you treat it right it could last for years. (=p i have one and it lasted for about 2 months haha)
