I would do the same. Out of respect and deference every citizen of the U.S. should salute him and only refer to him as President Bush. The liberal wackos that call him George Dumbya Bush could use a course in etiquette and manners.

I would hope he throws a baseball in a more manly way than his dad did when he threw a first pitch out.. George the senior was captain of the baseball team at Yale but when I saw him throw like a girl i really wondered about that.

Since I am a Giants fan and the President has chosen never to visit San Francisco, I don't think that will be a problem for me.

I would act like my mother raised me with manners and maintain the same amount of courtesy as I would with any other president. He is the president after all.
It's only one pitch and has nothing to do with his foreign or domestic policies.
