Yes anal sex is totally safe. If you are both disease free before hand there is no risk of transferring an STD, anal doesn't create STDs despite what some will say, and those old wives tales about loss of rectal control, or anal cancer resulting from anal sex are nothing more than myths told by repressed clowns to keep people from experimenting sexually and finding enjoyment in one another.

Your back hole isn't Designed for Sex really. Even tho you can reach the back of the "G" spot there.

yeah its fine :) apart from the obvious hygenic and safe sex issues, cant really do much damage with a penis in an anus. and could be quite pleasurable

Wear a condom and use lots of water-based lubricant.
When using a finger, try wearing a latex glove or slipping a condom over the finger(s).

Pretty much so as long as it's not too rough. You can cause tears. Don't forget it's designed as an exit not an entrance.
