BEST PDA for Internet Browsing ?

Hello .I am searching for best pda for internet browsing.
My options are limited to O 2 or IMATE or Nokia E Series
It must have wifi as well as GPRS.
It must support pop ups..
windows monile 2005 preferred...
im using GPRS mostly...so please help..

I've used a wide variety of PDAs and found that the all pretty much suck when it comes to web browsing.
