Looks and personality together. Personality is much more important, though.

Quite obviously, looks first. For me, I have to be physically attracted to someone to approach them. Then I'll see if we're compatible - we can converse about out interests and such. You can usually pick up a personality by this time, and you know if all things are good - then we're ready to go ;)

looks first, im not being shallow but thats the first thing you notice about someone if you see them from across a room! obviously personality is a huge factor though, why be attracted to someone who you cant stand being around??

Personality is #1 I think, they can be the best looking person you've ever seen, but if they don't have the personality to match, then all they have is looks.

Initially it's looks until I get to know his personality. And no matter how hot-looking he may be, if he doesn't have the personality, I move on.

I'm mostly attracted to someone who's mentally bright, with a quick sense of humor.

i have to say a kind heart, when you get to know a person you will know if they have good intentions and wheather they really care about other people because trust me some of us have mastered the art of faking to be nicer than you actually are a little too well and as time goes by you will get to see their true colors.
Also what's extremely important to me is being comfortable with yourself because i'm extremely comfortable with myself and people who aren't get intimated by me.

I'd say a nice mixture of looks, personality and other things like pheremones, tastes, compatibility, etc.
