There is no averafe size for a particular age really, some people will be huge and some small. Whatever you have is proabably more than anough to please a lady.
Its not the size of the boat but the motion of the ocean that counts.
Or a better saying;
Even with the smallest bat on the team, you can still hit a home run,
Don't worry about your size, noone else will, be happy you have one!
By age 17 the penis probably doesn't have much more growing to do. Check this site for more details....

well for 7 year old, its between 5 - 7 inches. it also depends if its in the genes.
