I am still having problems with my elbows, but I was laid off from the company. Is the company still liable for these injuries??

my father just got hearing aids from workers comp. the damage occurred in the 60's when he used to be an underground miner. he's been retired for 8 years now and they still back him up.

Yes you can still be treated by WSIB but if you don't have a claim you better move fast because there are limitations of the length of time to make a claim.

They are responsible for as long as you have problems. Mine gave me grief, I hired a lawyer who notified them that she had been retained, and no more problems. In NY the lawyer fees come out of any awards you get.
