You may just be asexual - someone who finds sex with others to be unpleasant or, at the very least, less desirable than not having sex.

It sounds like maybe you weren't making a real connection in the majority of your sexual experiences.
Sure having just a good fuc* is fun for a while but eventually everyone needs to have an emotional connection to another person. You've been starving yourself for intimacy. So start feeding that need. You may be a little rusty at that so don't be discouraged if people are surprised at the change.
And obviously take a break from random sex. If you get horny watch some internet porn and beat off. But save the real sex for a person you can connect with. It will be so much hotter if you can do it. Sex will become a sharing intimate releasing equal exchange instead of just seeing your sex partner as an object, a thing that will be gone i the morning. It's nice to get up and have coffee with someone and grin about the fun you had last night.
Start getting to know people, all of then, not just the ones you want to have sex with and let them get to know you. Part of connecting is letting people in.

having sex with someone else is a lot better than solo sex, you should try it. i've been doing it for years and i don't think i'll ever get tired of it.
