I don't know people say how smart he is, but it looked like he wanted to be with the captain of the titanic.
and as far as the Democrats and Religion goes, the DNC says its OK as long as you use G_D for political gain.

It was a political thing. He wanted the black vote and so he ran his flim-flam in their area.
Did anyone expect anything else from him?

He was berated for everything he did. That is because he is smart and charismatic. Something George Bush can never be.
