Your best bet is to find a tab (if your read tab!) of 'Classical Gas' on a guitar tab site like http.www.ultimate guitar tab.com or similar. It will show you were to put your fingers basically! There is usually a version that matches your playing ability..and if you can play basic classical..your doing well. When it's broken down into manageable chunks..it doesn't seem so daunting. You need to work on you picking technique for this one to make it sound authentic though. Happy plucking..

Billy boy, All I got to say is, there are a lot of us out here that would like to play like Mason williams, I'm a good guitar player, but I can only play 1/10 of how mason williams can play!! I have heard some guys that, if you listen to them, you may pick up some stuff that will help you learn some Mason Williams pickings, and they are, Jose Feliciano, Glen Campbell, Esteban, and several others!!

Mason Williams?
Seriously, just find a local guitar teacher and ask him.
